ISAR CONGRESS 2022: MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT

Final decision!

The ISAR Congress will be Virtual and Abstract deadline extended to 29th November!

We would have loved to welcome you to Toronto (or even Amsterdam), however, in light of the ongoing uncertainty surrounding the COVID-19 Pandemic, the Executive Committee has decided to plan for the ISAR 2022 Congress to be a fully virtual event.

This will be held over the same dates as originally planned (March 24 – 26, 2022), and will be a combination of pre-recorded presentations with live Q&A to accommodate participation across different time zones. The entire programme will be able to view on demand for up to 3 months after the event.

We will also extend the abstract deadline to 29th November 2021 (12 noon GMT), and hope that this encourages many more to submit, now that the uncertainty around travel is no longer an issue.
Furthermore, it’s our intention to organize the special cartilage carving and Medpor workshops virtually too.

Finally, the good news for current ISAR members is that you will be given complimentary registration to the virtual event.  For those interested in joining ISAR and benefiting from this offer, please click here.

For now, please keep the dates in your diary and we will be in touch with more information as soon as possible.

Prof. Moshe Kon, MD, PhD
President ISAR

Information for Registered Delegates of the 2020 Congress
If you have already registered and paid your fees for last year, we propose that this is simply transferred over to the 2022 Congress so that there would be no need to go through the registration process again. All elements of your registration, including workshops, will be transferable. If you have paid for social functions, these will be refunded.

However, if you wish to cancel, we will honour a full refund of your fees so long as you inform us of your cancellation by email (isar@in-conference.org.uk). If we do not hear from you, your registration will automatically be transferred.

Information for Abstract Submitters for the 2020 Congress
Abstract submission will remain open and a new submission deadline has been set for November 29, 2021. You will have received an email from In Conference to ask how you would like to proceed with your previously submitted abstract. If you have not yet received this email, please contact In Conference via isar@in-conference.org.uk and they will be in touch.
