Registration Rates

The registration fee for member delegates includes:

  • Attendance at all scientific sessions
  • All delegate materials
  • Morning and afternoon refreshment breaks and lunch
  • Attendance at the Welcome Reception

Early Rates (available until 25th January 2022 Midnight GMT)
Member: 250.00 EUR
Non-Members: 500.00 EUR

Late Rates (available from 26th January 2022 – 9th March 2022 Midnight GMT)
Member: 350.00 EUR
Non-Members: 550.00 EUR

Onsite Rates (available from 10th March 2022 Midnight GMT)
Member: 400.00 EUR
Non-Members: 600.00 EUR

Social Functions
Congress Dinner Ticket: 130.00 EUR
Welcome Reception Ticket: included in registration fee, additional tickets 30.00 EUR

Workshops
Workshop Ticket: 50.00 EUR


Terms and Conditions

Early Registration Fees
Please Note: early registration fees are only available for those who register and make full payment before the early registration deadline.  If you register and do not make payment by the early registration deadline you will be invoiced for the late registration fee.

Accommodation
Accommodation is not included in the registration fee. Each delegate has to book their own accommodation arrangements.

Payment of Registration Fees
Full payment must be made by credit/debit card at the time of registering.  Cards accepted are Visa, Visa Debit and MasterCard.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept American Express, Visa Purchasing or Maestro. Entry to the conference will not be permitted unless full payment has been received.  On receipt of your registration form, a confirmation email and receipt will be sent to you by the conference organisers.  If you have not received this within 5 working days of registering, please contact the conference organisers.

Cancellation
Notification of cancellation must be submitted by email to the conference organisers. Cancellations made on or before 25th January 2022 will be refunded less the administration fee.
Cancellations made after 25th January 2022 will NOT be refunded. No-shows will NOT be refunded.

Visas and Validity of Passports
It is your responsibility to ensure that your passport is valid for travel and that you hold the appropriate visa to travel to Toronto and we recommend that you check with your local Embassy.

Certificates of Attendance
Delegates will be provided with a certificate of attendance on completion of the conference evaluation form.
